It was a glorious time for golfers in Chicago. The year was 1983 and the event was the Hacker Heritage. You didn't have to be a scratch golfer to participate. All you needed was a set of clubs and a willingness to drink heavily that day. Many golfers did not finish and some are still unaccounted for today.
